I had a couple of issues that needed attention. Molly was friendly and professional , quickly getting to the root of the problems. A massage on the problem areas helped and sent exercises to continue at home. Would definitely recommend.

I first visited around 5 weeks ago with shoulder pain, which has improved a lot following physio and the rehab programme provided by Molly. Yesterday I also had a sports massage for shoulder/neck pain which has worked wonders. Will definitely be a regular client.

Oksana's deep tissue massage meant that my back got turned around from absolute agony to totally fine the next day. Like a miracle!

So today was my 5th of 10 booked sessions of lymphatic drainage massages since my cosmetic surgery (extended tummy tuck and liposuction) and I cannot imagine how much slower my recovery would have been without them. This targeted method is such a relief taking the tightness that builds up.

Bethan was great with my son. She explained everything in simple language. She provided massage and acupuncture during the session along with exercises to do at home. Great service would definitely recommend
